sony RX100

just before my kid was born, i convinced my wife we needed a new camera to capture his beautiful face.

i decided on the sony RX100 because it was getting rave reviews and i wanted something i could throw in my pocket for the trip to the hospital and all that.

i freaking love it. it's an insane camera for its size. all the shots below are straight off the SD card, no retouching whatsoever.

i'm actually in harrisburg, PA right now, all the following photos are from last weekend, but i have to tell you this first:

as i was going through security, a TSA guy admired my nike dunk high AC world cup netherlands shoes (big up, jayro). these things are basically safety cone orange and still bright as day since i've only had them one week... long story, short: the dude is blabbing about how he would've loved them in college, team colors were red, white, blue, he was the only one that wore all-red shoes...

i can not tell you how hard it was for me to keep from blurting out "that's cool, also, you're completely colorblind."

walked in to the susquehanna club in MDT, fox news on the tv and they're reporting about iWatch: a program in LA that recommends if you notice something out of place in your daily routine, report it as it may be terror-related. well, this was waaaaaay out of place for me...
